“I haven’t been able to put weight through my knee for the past 2 years and I was listed for surgery. Now I am reconsidering my decision”
“I was seeing a therapist 5 times a week for the past 3 years and still no difference. Now I can bend down and pick up my kids toys with no pain after 2 sessions”
Bet your bullshit radar is firing up overtime now.
SOunds good to be true, doesn’t it?
It’s not possible.
That’s what the above said.
If you are getting hammered, stretched, rolled, trigger pointed, and the therapist is looking like they are getting a workout
(and you secretly hope that bead of sweat from their forehead doesn’t drip onto you)
and it isn’t even making a dent in the progress other than a dent in your bank account.
Might want to suggest changing your perspective.
You can fart arse about with muscles all day long for weeks, months, years.
And it won’t even budge.
The answers are all there.
It’s not rocket science.
The fact that your body is doing all these amazing things, moving day-to-day, juggling work and family life whilst working around this pain is pretty darn spectacular.
For all this to happen
SOmething HAS to be keeping things together for you.
